Musian, almost unique, should be Venetian, Musiani is typical of Bologna and Bolognese, Musiano, absolutely rare, it would seem of the Messina, could derive from the toponym Musiano in the Bolognese, but it is very likely a derivation from a dialectal form of the Latin name Mucianus of to which we have an example in Marcus Nonius Arrius Mucianus Roman senator of the third century who was Roman consul in 201 AD.
