Noari is practically unique, Noaro would seem to have a strain certainly originating in the Vicenza area, in the area of Sandrigo and Bressanvido, with an original stock also in Liguria at Isolabona in the Imperia area, Noeri, almost unique, is in the Po valley area of Parma, Noero, very rare, it is Piedmontese, from the Cuneo area, from Farigliano and Carrù in particular, it should be archaic norico ethnic forms, that is coming from Noricum, which was a Roman province, which included part of present-day Austria, part of Bavaria, part of Trentino and part of eastern Slovenia, traces of this surname are found at least since the 1400s, in the Cathedral of Chiampo in the Vicenza area, in the central nave, in the central part of a bas-relief is located the door of the tabernacle, surrounded by ornamental friezes, vitici and clusters of grape, symbol of the Eucharist, under which, in Gothic characters, we can read: "Hoc opus fecit fieri Guzon Noaro fiolo de Piro from Chiampo.M.CCCC.XXVIIII", in Lig in 1500 we find the Noaro family among the important families of the city.
