Vulpiani has a strain in Terni, one in Avezzano Nell'aquilano, but the big one is in Rome and in the Rieti in Fara in Sabina, Rieti, Pescorocchiano and Borgorose, Vulpiano, almost unique, is of the Ternano, should derive from the name "Tardolatino Vulpianus" (see Volpiano).
