In any case, this family, probably, was decorated with the knighthood following the virtuous and courageous participation of a Saverio Casetta, under the banners of the "Conte Rosso", or Amedeo VII, to conquer, in 1388, an outlet to the sea with Nizza, one of the cornerstones of power of the Savoy House in Piedmont.
