Family originally from Parma, who was ennobled by Pietro Fainardi, born in Parma on October 22, 1760 and died on December 5, 1829. In 1787 he taught in law faculties in his home university, he covered various offices, until in September 1800 he was appointed President of the Supreme Council of Justice of Piacenza; then State Councilor and President of the Audit Court. He was a member of the Italian Academy of Pisa and of the Fine Arts Academy of Parma; he was awarded the Commandery of the Constantinian Order of San Giorgio.
