Distinguished Family who from remote time belonged to the now ceased noble Council of the City of Vicenza, and who descends from Bartolomeo B. de 'L., the famous Condottiere d'Armi. Until 1350 this family was invested by the bishops of that righteous, ancient, honorable town of Isola di Malo, and the Venetian Senate with Ducale 29 April 1796, confirming the investiture, also qualified the invested B.-L. with the title of Count inherent in the Feud itself, and ordered their description in the golden Book of Titles. The nobility more than two hundred years of this family was confirmed with Sovereign Resolution of 1st March 1820. We remember: Giuseppe of the late Horace and of sig. Countess Teresa Muzan, born on 11 May 1740, died on 17 June 1826; Orazio Niccolò Antonio of the late Antonio of the late Ottavio and of the noble sig. Ghibellina Sessi, born 24 July 1785, married to mr. Giulia Braghetta. Another branch of the same family with which it has the origin, and which for its inheritance took on the surname of Zannecchini. Noble confirmed with Sovereign Resolution 22 September 1820: Gio. Battista Serafino Maria of the late Gio. Antonio and of the noble sig. Maria Caratti, born on 10 1771, joined in marriage on 20 February 1802 with the noble lady Luigia Muzan; their children: Giiovanni Battista Maria, born September 1, 1803, Antonio Maria, born December 30, 1812.
