Panazza, very very rare, would seem to be from Mantua, Ostiglia and Viadana in particular, Panazzi is almost unique, Panazzolo is decidedly Venetian, Trevisano, Asolo and Pederobba and Cornuda in particular, could derive, directly or through a hypocoristic form, from a nickname originated from the profession of baker's boy by the progenitor.
