PATACCHIA

Patacchia, absolutely rare, would seem Umbrian from Terni, it should derive from a dialectal nickname based on the dialectal term patacchia (female sexual organ), but it is also possible that it is an incorrect transcription of the surname Patacca (see PATACCA).
