Actum Pisis in ecclesia Sancti Petri in Palude in consilio, presentibus Nicholo Lini et Symone Rustici camerariis Pisane civitatis et Guiscardo et Grasso Pisane civitatis cancellariis et Benencasanotario, testibus ad hec rogatis ... ".
