Now, in order to better understand how the surname Tuttoilmondo or Tuttolomondo was born, one must first consider the surname French Toulemonde (born in Sicily probably following the Norman Conquest): The name French Toulemonde, in fact, recalls Rather faithfully the original Thurmond or Tedmond, but it should be noted that the pronunciation of the name is practically identical to that of the expression Tout le monde (literally all the world, even if the French use it in the sense of all, all of them); In the transition from French to Italian, however, it is clear that the adaptation in Tuttoilmondo or Tuttolomondo differs a lot from the Germanic Thurmond or Tedmond, as it literally translates the name French Toulemonde (taking into account exclusively the Pronunciation rather than the original meaning, probably ignored or otherwise neglected). In any case, with regard to the last names in question, it would be the knowledge of the name of the parent.
